Online Template Editor: Online Template Editor is a website template personalization tool that doTemplate.com provides to its clients. The client can personalize, save and download the customized template.
LICENSE
doTemplate.com grants you 3 types of license to use its web templates available as free or premium templates on our website as follows:
FREE TEMPLATES LICENSE
Website templates, that can be downloaded free of charge, have restricted usage conditions and cannot be used for commercial purpose. These free templates can be used only for non profit personal website, non profit organization website or educational purposes or organizations (schools, universities, etc.). In such cases, credits in the footer and in the source code, linking back to doTemplate.com, must be retained. The visual of the credits in the footer can be modified to fit your design, however, it must be visible and the link remains unchanged. You may not share, redistribute the template without prior written authorization from doTemplate.com.
PREMIUM TEMPLATES LICENSE
If you are building a commercial website for you or your client, you must purchase this template. By commercial website, we mean a website generating any kind of revenue including advertising revenues such as Google Ads. This license gives you the right to use the purchased template on a single website only. After the purchase, you can access the personalization service up until 5 template downloads or 6-months time from the purchase date, whatever condition comes first. The multiple downloads enables you to modify the template to suit your needs on a single website only. You are free to keep or remove the credit back link of a purchased template.
EXTENDED LICENSE
If you wish to resell or redistribute our template(s) “as is” or modified, you must apply for an Extended License. Please contact us for more information about this license.
All our licenses are also non-exclusive limited license.
MODIFICATIONS
You are entitled to make any necessary change(s) to the template to suit your designs in accordance with the type of license you acquire.
CONTENT AND ACCESS
doTemplate.com provides a catalog of free templates, premium templates, online template editor, and other related content and services from the affiliates, partners, and third-party advertising agencies. We try our best to provide top-notched services, however, we do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. We may modify the features, functionality or content of the Site at any time. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content.
IMAGES, CLIPARTS AND FONTS
All images, cliparts, and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our templates. Premium Templates License give you the right to use images, cliparts, and fonts only as a part of the website you build using your template, and limited to one website only. All images and illustrations used in templates come in a single layer, as is.
PAYMENTS
You represent and warrant that when you purchase a template or service from us or from our affiliates that
- * any information you supply is true, complete and belongs to you,
- * the provided Paypal account is yours,
- * charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company and,
- * you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE
doTemplate.com does not require any registration for a purchase. We use Paypal for secured payment. Your Paypal’s email address will be used to send you a link so that you can access the purchased template and the premium features on our website. This link is private and shall be accessed only by you. It is prohibited to share this link with other persons. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use.
The given license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by doTemplate.com for any reason that it deems appropriate. Upon terminating your license, you must destroy any downloaded templates in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. doTemplate.com also reserves the right to whether to proceed the refund in case of license termination.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
If you have not received the extended license, you shall not place any of our templates, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from doTemplate.com. For Free templates license and premium templates license, any kind of separate usage, resell or distribution of the template is strictly prohibited.
All templates found on doTemplate.com shall not be used by any entity for the purpose of promoting or participating in any illegal activities.
REFUND POLICY
Since doTemplate.com offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue any refund (after the template is downloaded or after payment), which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any template at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product or service appeared to be non-conform with its description on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the payment date. In case of refund, it can be issued to you only after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
doTemplate.com and any Affiliated Party and third-party advertising agencies shall not be liable nor held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind resulting in any way from

- * the unavailability or interruption of the Site or any features thereof,
- * your use of the Site,
- * the content contained on the Site, or
- * the loss of personalized template, the loss of saved template, or any problem encountered during the usage of our online template editor i.e. template cannot be downloaded etc.
- * any delay or failure in performance beyond the control of a Covered Party.
Furthermore, doTemplate.com will not be held responsible for any and all claims, liabilities, losses, business interruption, loss of program or other data, cost and expenses resulting from the use of any and all materials found on our website. All our templates, free or premium, both are provided without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
doTemplate.com also reserves the right to shut down the Site and terminate its services without prior notice. doTemplate.com shall not be held responsible to any and all claims, liabilities, losses caused by the termination of its Site and services.
OWNERSHIP
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any or our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of doTemplate.com, its affiliates, partners and independent content providers.
THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT, AND ADVERTISEMENT
Third party products, services, content, and advertisement (“Merchants”) may appear on doTemplate.com or maybe accessible via links from our website.
